First of all, let me wish my readers a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Met up with my friends and had this BBQ half-chicken from Breeks in Takashimaya for lunch:

Then we walked around Orchard, Bugis and Suntec and then over to Esplanade to watch the fireworks.  Infact, I feel that the ambience in Esplanade is very dull; The MCs don't seem very enthusiastic about the event; there was no proper countdown la.  Before I know it, they just suddenly announce 'Happy New Year!'.  Its just so 'wtf la wheres MY countdown!?'

I'll upload the videos of the fireworks as soon as I compile them up ino a single clip.  Oh ya, the fireworks at esplanade was nice but alittle too short;  I was expecting a 15mins firework display! 

After the fireworks, we walked back to a street near Bugis, got ourselves into a KTV pub, opened a bottle of Hennessy and sang and drank until around 3.30am.

And Zhifan was so crazy; he kept on shouting 'ORD LOR' when his ORD date is just one month before me. And our ORD year is in 2008!  Dream on!
